🏈 My Rank for the Super Bowl Tech Ads of 2025:

#10 ChatGPT
While the animation is nice, and the visual concept is cool as a motion designer myself, I couldn't really emotionally connect to the ad. Also, GPT just doesn't have a real brand yet that people can relate to, which is why I put this one in last place.

#9 Squarespace

I love how Squarespace keeps the same message "Websites make it real," and they did a great job making an unordinary ad, but I felt it was maybe too dark and was missing more fun throughout the video.

#8 Pentera

Pentera's creative team is always finding ways to hook viewers, and they did it again with the GOAT character. I think they missed a chance to go even more crazy here. But for a cyber company, they definitely keep standing out from their competition.

#7 Papaya Global

Another great visual hook they made here, well done! And "It's just a workmare" made me giggle. Loved this new term.

#6 Meta

Celebs and chaos with Chris Pratt, Chris Hemsworth, and Kris Jenner, but they spent so much time on star power that I still have no clue what these glasses actually do? 🤔

‍

#5 Instacart
They went all-in on nostalgia, packing it with iconic mascots like the Kool-Aid Man, Duracell bunny, and the Heinz wiener dogs. It's a fun, simple concept that definitely grabs your attention and makes you remember Instacart, even if it's just for the mascot mayhem.

#4 Uber
Uber Eats got McConaughey selling a bonkers conspiracy: football = food. I liked the concept, and they did a good job making me hungry as well!

‍

#3 Booking.com
They got Muppets! A quirky, feel-good ad about booking whoever you want to be on vacation. Nostalgia + travel - Nice move!

#2 Salesforce

I love ads that use an element that keeps the viewer in tension. The contrast of the heavy rain while sitting in a restaurant made me want to watch till the end.

#1 Google
As a parent, it's hard to not get emotional while watching this ad. This is another proof that tech companies could focus more on feelings and less about features.
